The hotel was conveniently close to the airport with a good breakfast. However, the cleanliness of the rooms fell short and the staff could have been more professional. The noise level was expected for NYC, but the lack of luggage storage was inconvenient. A plus was the easy subway access and complimentary breakfast variety would be appreciated.

History and sailing buff from across the pond, I enjoyed exploring Times Square and Central Park during my stay. The nearby restaurants and casino added to the excitement. The room was well-equipped for work and relaxation, and the friendly staff made me feel welcome. Being close to the subway and airports made getting around a breeze. a stress-free trip with plenty of options for leisure and convenience.

We had an incredible stay at Best Western. the room was spotless and had all the amenities we needed, from the ironing board to the microwave oven and small refrigerator. We were even provided with an extra pillow and blanket. the staff, especially Princess at the front desk, were extremely helpful and courteous. the breakfast was delicious every morning, and the king size bed was incredibly comfortable.
